The hotel location rocks! It was close to the center, but still in a quiet, green area so very convenient. The gym had all you could need! It was also good for a hotel gym I tell you. Breakfast was excellent. It comes with a wide variety of foods, including healthy options and takeaway food that I was able to take.
The spa was alright. I booked a massage, but the music was not there so I hear everyone outside.

The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. It was clean too and the amenities were fantastic with fresh towels provided daily, making the stay super easy and enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet offered great variety I especially loved the barista. She made an excellent cappuccino every single morning. The hotel location provides easy access to transportation with a convenient tram stop nearby.
The toilet was quite dated and the faucets were not functioning properly. I noticed it was not cleaned well when I first arrived. I found the pool area needed attention it seemed dirty and disorganized.

I found the staff to be service-oriented, and my room was clean. The breakfast was excellent (the pastries were great!). I appreciated the location. Public transport is near the hotel, a significant advantage.
A technician woke me despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign (I was surprised by this). He stated that the hairdryer needed replacement due to a dangerous condition. I found their handling of it unprofessional.

The room was sufficiently large and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Cosmetics are provided for adults and children (a thoughtful touch!). The air conditioning worked well.

The hotel is near a tram stop with regular lines to the city center. Grocery shops and cafes are also nearby. It takes approximately 18 minutes to travel outside the city in the morning.

The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I also noticed the cleaning staff to be very attentive. The hotel offers animation with the fox Eliska for children.
